The short version
If we got something wrong, we make it right.
Every card we sell is hand-inspected and photographed in Osaka before it ships. If anything you receive doesn't match the listing — wrong card, wrong condition, damaged in transit, or (we'd be shocked) inauthentic — we refund you.
The full policy is below. The TL;DR: you have 7 days from delivery to file a return, and authenticity refunds are 100% including return shipping.
Return window
You have 7 calendar days from the date the carrier marks your order as “delivered” to file a return request. Outside that window we cannot accept returns, except where required by your local consumer-protection law.
Authenticity guarantee
If a card you bought from us is found to be counterfeit, we issue a 100% refund of the purchase price plus return shipping. This applies indefinitely — there is no time limit on authenticity claims, because there should never need to be one.
In practice, contact us with photos. If we agree it's fake, we refund first and arrange the return after.
Eligible items
Returns are accepted on:
- Singles in their original sleeve and top-loader, in the same condition we sent them.
- Sealed product (booster boxes, packs, decks) provided the seal is intact and the outer wrapping is unbroken.
Non-returnable items
The following are final sale:
- Graded slabs (PSA, BGS, CGC) once the case has been cracked.
- Sealed product once the outer seal has been broken.
- Items damaged after delivery by the buyer.
- Cards returned outside the 7-day window without an authenticity claim.
Who pays return shipping
We pay if the return is because of an authenticity issue, an error on our part (wrong card, mis-graded condition, listing photo mismatch), or transit damage.
You pay if you simply changed your mind. International return shipping with tracking typically runs $15–$45 depending on origin.
How to file a return
Email us via /contact within the return window with:
- Your order ID.
- Photos of the front and back of each card you wish to return, plus the outer mailer if relevant.
- A short note on the reason.
We respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a shipping label where applicable.
Refund timing
Once your return arrives in Osaka and passes inspection, we issue the refund within 5 business days via Stripe to the original payment method. Your card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order any time before it ships — we usually dispatch within 2 business days, so cancellation requests need to reach us promptly. Once a tracking number is generated, the cancellation becomes a return.
