Terms of Sale.

Parties

These Terms of Sale (the “Terms”) are between Your Planning Co., Ltd. (Japanese corporate registration number 7140001139701), trading as NiCards (“we”, “us”), and you, the customer placing an order through nicards.com.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we dispatch the goods, not when you submit checkout. We may decline or cancel any order — including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, export restrictions, or stock unavailability — and will refund any charges in full if we do.

Pricing and currency

Prices are displayed in US dollars and converted from Japanese yen using a foreign-exchange rate refreshed daily. The final charge is processed in USD by Stripe. Your card issuer may apply its own conversion fee — that is between you and your bank.

Prices exclude any import duties, taxes, or carrier brokerage fees levied by your destination country. See Shipping & Duties for the breakdown by country.

Shipping and risk of loss

We ship from Osaka, Japan via the carrier you select at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you on handover to the carrier. All international shipments include tracking and insurance to the declared value.

Carrier transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs holds and weather delays sit outside our control.

Returns and refunds

Intellectual property

Pokémon, the Pokémon logo, and all character names are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and Game Freak Inc. NiCards is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company. We resell authentic, lawfully-acquired product under Japan's first-sale doctrine and our registered antique-dealer license.

Limitation of liability

Our liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost speculative resale value or grading-outcome expectations.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection law in your country of residence.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court, save for non-waivable consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

The disclosure required by Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引法) is published at /legal/tokutei.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the moment your order is accepted is the version that governs the sale. Material changes will be flagged on this page and dated above.
