From our counter in Osaka, to your door.
Every order ships within two business days of payment clearing. Tracking is sent by email as soon as the parcel leaves our storefront. Cards are sleeved, top-loaded, team-bagged, sandwiched in corrugated board and sealed in a tamper-evident mailer with a DO NOT BEND stamp.

US-bound EMS may be suspended or delayed at short notice; we’ll reroute to DHL with no upcharge when it happens.

Customs rules change — these are current as of April 2026. We update this page whenever the rules do, and we flag any change that affects orders in transit.
US
United States
15% duty + carrier fee
Since 29 August 2025 the de minimis exemption is gone — every shipment is dutiable. Expect ~15% duty plus a $5–30 carrier processing fee on top. DDU (you pay on delivery).
EU
European Union
VAT at checkout
Under €150 we charge VAT at checkout via IOSS, so nothing is due on arrival. Over €150 the destination country collects VAT + duty. From 1 July 2026, a flat €3 duty applies to every EU-bound parcel.
UK
United Kingdom
20% VAT + 0–5% duty
VAT is collected on delivery for orders over £135. Below that we can pre-collect VAT where required. Low-value customs duty is 0–5% for TCG product.
AU · CA
Australia / Canada
GST at entry
Australia charges 10% GST; Canada charges GST + provincial sales tax on delivery. Japan–Australia EPA reduces duty on most card product.
DDP on request
For orders over $1,000 we can ship DDP (duties pre-paid) — we clear customs on your behalf so there’s no doorstep surprise. Email us before you check out and we’ll quote the all-in landed cost in writing.

Lost in transit?
Every order is insured. If a parcel is lost or damaged we file the claim and reship or refund in full — you don’t wait on the carrier.
Graded cards
PSA/BGS/CGC slabs ship in a closed-cell foam cutout inside a rigid card-board box. DHL is the default for any slab over $500.
Combine orders
Multiple cards ship in a single parcel — duty and carrier fee are per shipment, so bundling saves serious money post-de-minimis.
