This is the Japanese version of the classic Trainer card Switch (ポケモンいれかえ) from the Reviving Legends set (HeartGold & SoulSilver era), numbered 064/070. The artwork by Hideaki Hakozaki features Chikorita and Marill being swapped in a dynamic Poké Ball exchange, capturing the spirit of the Johto starters.
